Oversees, recommends, prepares, and submits amendments to chapter, division and international bylaws and standing rules. They are responsible for maintaining conformity, assisting members and the board in preparing and submitting amendments to documents at all levels of the association, reviewing all proposed amendments to such documents, and making recommendations on their adoption.
