This committee is chaired by the vice president and divided into two sections: programs and coordination of monthly meeting activities. The programs group meets as soon as possible to plan educational programs for monthly chapter meetings September through June, with the exception of May. The meeting coordination group coordinates meeting location, room and A/V arrangements and meals; receives regular meeting reservations; handles all other items associated with the check-in of attendees; and transfers all meal payments to the treasurer. This committee begins the minute the vice president is elected in May and is required to have all program topics to members no later than October 1 of each year.
