Directs all activities concerning promotion, maintenance and recruitment of members; directs paper applications to the treasurer for processing; holds recruiting and orientation programs; recognizes members celebrating IAAP anniversaries as appropriate; prepares a display table for all regular chapter meetings; oversees the chapter mentoring program; prepares and conducts ceremonies to welcome new members; conducts an annual membership survey; and is responsible for maintenance of a New Member Handbook. They may adopt special projects as needed.
